An unusual project Superscreen has appeared on the Kickstarter site. With a stated financial goal of $ 50, 000, he has raised 30 times more to date, and three weeks more to complete. Superscreen is a portable touchscreen that gives any smartphone the power of a 10-inch HD tablet. And this is how he does it.
Superscreen synchronizes with the user's smartphone and broadcasts the image from the gadget to its own screen. It allows you to view content and perform all normal smartphone operations on a larger, more convenient display. It does not have its own applications (and therefore does not need to be updated), and it does not need to be synchronized with the cloud. Superscreen uses the internet plan selected on the user's smartphone to operate.
All smartphone visual content is perfectly scaled to 2560 x 1600 Full HD, resulting in a crisp, crisp Superscreen image. At the same time, the picture is transmitted to the screen faster than via Wi-Fi - the device works within a radius of 30 meters from the smartphone, regardless of any obstacles.
Superscreen measures 17 x 24 cm and is only 8 mm thick. The screen weighs less than 400 grams and is equipped with volume control, on / off buttons, headphone jack and USB-C port. Its 6, 000 mAh battery lasts for 12 hours.
The Superscreen will begin shipping in December this year with a retail price of $ 299. Kickstarter enthusiasts can get an HD screen for just $ 99.
