Libre Computer introduced a full-fledged computer on one board

The Chinese company Libre Computer has unveiled a new product - a full-fledged single-board computer Renegade Elite, the second after the Renegade released last year based on the Raspberry Pi (a single-board computer the size of a bank card).

The Renegade Elite has a more advanced and faster Rockchip RK3399 hexa-core processor (2x Cortex-A72 and 4x Cortex-A53), as well as a quad-core Mali-T860 GPU. The computer has 4GB of RAM, an eMMC5.x storage interface, a microSD card slot, 1 HDMI 2.0 port, 3 USB 2.0 Type-A ports, and 2 USB 3.0 Type-C ports (one for power) and Ethernet.

Multi-display connectivity is provided by USB-C ports, which also support DisplayPort technology. Additional I / O capabilities are provided by an IR receiver and UART interface. According to representatives of Libre Computer, the computer is compatible with Android Oreo and Linux (versions 4.19 and 4.4, optimized for Rockchip).

The Renegade Elite is slated to go on sale in August, and the first Libre Computer Renegade is available now for $ 35 on LoverPi and Amazon.
