Meet the new Flair Neo espresso machine without electricity. The device uses a simple lever mechanism to create the pressure required to produce coffee. Flair Neo greatly simplifies even the complex process of selecting the correct grind with its portafilter - a small bowl into which ground coffee is poured. It is designed in such a way that it always guarantees the optimal pressure inside, regardless of the size of the coffee granules.
In addition, the Flair Neo can be upgraded to more advanced models. It is compatible with any standard Flair accessories including a bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter and a pressure gauge to monitor the pressure level on the lever. Experienced baristas for whom it is important to control the parameters of coffee preparation on their own may be interested in the standard Flair or Flair Pro. The latter is capable of preparing several portions at once and has several professional settings.
Like its big brothers, the Neo consists of a steel ground coffee cup, a base and a cast aluminum lever. Despite its low price compared to a standard coffee machine, the Flair is very robust and durable. It can be easily disassembled and taken on a trip.
The first Flair Neo is expected to be released in May. It will retail for $ 119, but it is currently possible to pre-order on Kickstarter for as little as $ 89.
